The Nikka Nine Dicades commemorates the 90th anniversary of Nikka's founding. It is the finest blended whisky that can be made today, using a variety of malts spanning nine eras, including the oldest surviving Yoichi and Miyagikyo malts, to express Nikka's 90-year history in a single whisky.The packaging features The Nikka bottle, with its striking, bold cut, and the logo has been carefully engraved on each bottle using the traditional \"Edo-bori\" craft technique. The tape hanging from the cap features a colorful checkerboard pattern and a design combining multiple nonagons, expressing the perfect harmony of the diverse spirits spanning nine eras.The mirror attached to the inside of the wooden presentation box symbolizes the multifaceted flavor, and features the signatures of past blenders as well as a message expressing the spirit of challenge that will continue to be passed down into the future.レビュー

- かなりピーティーなモルトですが、2009と比べ飲みやすくなりました。 ピーティーさの中にも、フルーティーさやチョコレートといったニュアンスもあります。 この手の強いピーティーなモルトは、時々無性に飲みたくなることがあります。 毎日では疲れますが・・・。

- ビッグピートは、以前200ml瓶の物を飲みましたが、こちらの700ml瓶と違いかなり薄い色合いで、味わいの方も端麗系でした。 こちらの700mlボトルは、200mlより円やかでピートは若干控えめ。 ガツンと来るピーティーさの200ml瓶も良かったですが、飲みやすさではこちらのボトルの方が良いですね。 このピートおじさんの絵柄、味わいのある顔ですね〜。

- スカイ島産の定番モルトウイスキー。いつもながらバランス良く、誰が飲んでもおいしく飲めます。またこの価格はとてもうれしい価格になっています。グラスは白ワイン用でも小さめのものを使用しています。うまい！
